What are the conditions for returning the item?

    • The product seal must be intact.
    • Item must be returned in the original condition on the same day.
    • Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
    • Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.

How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?

    • Please get in touch with our customer services by giving a call on 0323-4572723 or by sending an email at within the same days of delivery.
    • Our Customer Services will help you fill the return & exchange form.
    • Please return the product by filling and submitting the return form along with the product at Outlet.

How will I be refunded in case of a return?

Refund will be made in the following ways:

    • Internal Credit:

It will be issued on your ID registered with within 48 hours.

    • Bank transfer:

A cheque will be dispatched for your address within 07 business days after the item has been picked.

    • Credit card reversal: will submit your case to your respective bank within 2 business days. However, we cannot commit any turnaround time taken by the bank to reverse the amount.

What if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive an electronic item or an edible product in damaged/ broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 7 hours for replacement/exchange.

What are the items that cannot be returned but can be exchanged?

   We offer same-day return policy for everything except.

    • All promotional and discounted items cannot be returned.
    • All electronic items cannot be returned.
    • Customized products cannot be returned.
